he recipe for unlimited success, happiness and love isnt as complicated as people think. The idea that these things are so difficult to achieve has been spread because people have been trying to achieve these things by starting in the middle and using outdated ideas and technology. Starting from the middle, or building yourself from the outside in would be like building a house starting with the walls, then attatching the roof and putting in the floor... could it work for awhile? Sure it may even stand as a house for several years, however I think we can all agree that by neglecting the foundation eventually the house will crumble.

We see this so often in society today, the famous rock star or actor career soaring, financially secure, lots of friends, adored by thousands or even millions around the globe... yet they are so unhappy they take their own lives... Now conversely look at those people who may be barely making ends meet who dont have much money, probably have no fame and only their small social circle who cares for them... yet they are happy. In my opinion This happens because true happiness and true confidence can only come from one source... Inside of yourself, all the external validation in the world is nice but fleeting, its our internal sense of worth and wellbeing that is lasting.

The path to being the person that you want to be is a simple one. First you must realize how you currently view yourself. Second you must decide how you wish to view yourself. Third you must bridge that gap. Obviously the third part is the tricky part and really you only have 2 options, assuming your dedicated to leading your best possible life... You can either learn through trail and error persisting through the failed attempts until you reinvent the wheel yourself; Or you can choose a mentor, a coach or a teacher who has alread done that themselves to guide you.

If you choose to work with someone who can guide you down the most effecient path success I have a caution for you to think about when choosing to work with myself or anyone else. Make sure they start at Square 1... if the main part of their confidence building strategy is simply gaining lots of experience... doesnt that sound an awful lot like what you'd have to do to achieve your results without a mentor? Anyone can tell you to get more experience and while I dont deny that experience is a very valueable thing... isn't the point of a teacher to help you achieve things you wouldnt have normally been able to do by yourself?
