Coaching is assisting the client to close the gap from where they are to where they want to be.
Coaching is a conversation.
Coaching helps you get and maintain motivation to reach the goals you have set for yourself.
Coaching is strategic by asking questions to keep you focused on your goals.
Coaching is keeping you accountable.
Coaching increases your confidence in your own skills.
The biggest thing to note is that coaching is NOT mentoring or consulting. A coach is not an expert in your life…YOU ARE! A coach helps give you the power to design the life that you are seeking.
